Energy Queensland (EQL) manages 247,000 Km of electric network with over 2.3 million utility customers across the state. EQL embarked on an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) journey as part of their digital strategy. Leveraging ServiceNow self-service and workflow automation and in partnership with Enable, EQL is improving its employee experience for 9.5K employees, providing transparency over service delivery and reducing operational costs.
